I possess more than  20 years of management experience in strategic planning, operations, technology, and engineering. Experienced from the factory floor to the executive suite. I have managed teams for small, medium and Fortune 5 corporations on three continents, consistently  delivering projects on time and within budget.

My experience includes Technology, Heavy Manufacturing, Consulting Services, Software Development, and Education. With qualifications from several institutes of learning, including Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, I speak at national conferences and am an advisor for start-up organizations.

I am also the published author of articles on organizational maturity, performance measurement and corporate politics.
